The Annual General Meeting for members on June 27th will be followed by the next 'Ask An Expert' session, with Drs. Andrew Roddick and Tracy Prowse from McMaster Anthropology to discuss MACMINDS (details below) -- a presentation/workshop that will be open to guests as well!

10am Eastern: start of AGM

Format: online via Zoom (Zoom joining details will be emailed ahead of the meeting to those who rsvp)

- Welcome/Call to Order, Approval of Agenda, Approval of 2025 AGM Minutes (draft minutes from the 2025 AGM will be provided to members by email)

- Treasurer's Report, Director's Reports, Committee Reports

- New Business / Members' Discussion
